A home with a tourist character where a microcosm is generated around a small pool. In this place, a glass perimeter embraces a patio open to the outside. This form of housing seeks at the same time to gain privacy with respect to the rest of the neighborhood.
The very shape of the land gives us the possibility of introducing functions under the house, in this case, facilities that serve the home and an open garage to leave the home's vehicles. Solar orientation defines the location of the home on the land, seeking the best position so that the pool and patio collect the greatest amount of sun.
A U-shaped volumetry houses all the functions of a home where in the most open area we have the living room/kitchen space that is very connected to the outside. The night area is made up of two rooms joined by an intimate terrace that overlooks a large grove of trees where you can sense the proximity of the sea.
It is a continuous and open space that is fundamentally compartmentalized by glass walls with the exterior and in the night area with opaque partitions to have a space of greater privacy. At the level of finishes, the set is configured as a white and gray box, thus seeking chromatic neutrality to dialogue with the environment of the green natural landscape and maritime horizon.
