The housing building on Virrey Avilés Street is located in the residential neighborhood of Colegiales in the City of Buenos Aires. It is situated in an irregular triangular block and surrounded by low h​ouses.

Behind a plain metal façade that does not reveal any interior organization, the building hosts six housing units in three stories. At the back, between two gardens, the staircase stands, organizing through its elevated landings two units per floor. Each apartment goes from the back front to the city facade, facing the urban landscape through two large windows. Text description by the architects.
