The scope of the project involves the construction of a new residential building with a commercial space, storage units, and parking (18 dwellings, 1 unspecified-use commercial space and 20 car parking spaces).
The project is situated at a corner of Barcelona's Prosperitat neighborhood, and the stepped design is strategically utilized to align the building's height with Pablo Iglesias street, featuring a 18m front facade. This configuration harmonizes with the adjacent "village" structures on Carrer de Joaquim Valls, which has a 24m front facade.
