The plot of the project is located in Barcelona's Prosperitat neighborhood,   encompassing a total area of 429.67m² with a rectangular perimeter. The terrain remains predominantly flat across the entire plot.

The scope of the project involves the construction of a new residential building with a commercial space, storage units, and parking (18 dwellings, 1 unspecified-use commercial space and 20 car parking spaces).

The project is situated at a corner of Barcelona's Prosperitat neighborhood, and the stepped design is strategically utilized to align the building's height with Pablo Iglesias street, featuring a 18m front facade. This configuration harmonizes with the adjacent "village" structures on Carrer de Joaquim Valls, which has a 24m front facade.

Furthermore, the large openings incorporate various layers to address solar control, privacy, acoustics, thermal regulation, and visual functions. Through a singular architectural solution, all aspects of functionality and user comfort are carefully considered. Text description by the architects.
