Architecture studios Palma (Mexico) and NULA.STUDIO (Madrid) have joined forces to create Fake Realness, a space that explores the boundaries between reality and material fiction.

The new offices for Nutrion Internacional, a global company dedicated to the animal feed industry, reflects the company’s values. The project combines the accumulated experience of the company with is current needs while anticipating future necessities.

As this house, the house of a film director - would regularly host 10 to 12 people, i.e. a small filming crew, it should be a creative basecamp in a cozy home format - a good feeling place for discussions, get-togethers, sharing ideas and presentations.

The studio took care of the interior design of the apartment, reorganizing the spaces, intervening in the choice of materials and with tailor-made solutions that redefine the environments, through a dialogue with the existing valuable elements that distinguish the property.
